Title: got chassis back ++++problem solved+++++

got my chassis back from a cap kit and now you can hear a hissing noise from the black box that its between the flyback transforemr and the anode cap the box has a ground or a black wire coming fom it but --BINGO! Either that, or I was attempting to say "before" but it was too many letters to type-- it never was hooked up  before i had a cap kit installed , its still not hooked up to anything now cause i dont want to ground it and mess something upand i  dont want to fry anything but if you put any metal near it, it will jolt some electricity the picture on the monitor is fine just this one problem and i dont know what to do any advise its a wg u2000 chassis and a wg tube hears a video fo the box and some of the noise if u can hear it

That wire gets hooked up to the frame of your monitor.

it was not hookep up before and didnt make any noises or spark and im afraid it will pop the chassis or the frame will pop m then

would you suggest covering it up in eletrical tape or, if i ground it like that will it short the chassis or make the frame hott and shock me if i touch the frame
