So i have a non common ground Xbox 360 PCB board, i've read with the Sanwa JLF josytick you have to either change the switches to cherry switches or cut out the traces on the JLF PCB.
I don't want to change to the cherry's, can anyone tell me how to and where to cut the traces on the JLF PCB? possibly post some pictures up?
I assume buying the Sanwa 5-pin wire harness will be of no use with a non common ground Xbox 360 PCB?

Have you had a look at the PCB? Its probably one of the easiest things to trace the grounds on, just look for the trace that is connected to all of the microswitches.
If you dont want to cut the traces you could use a dremel and a slitting disc to cut the ground legs on the other side of the PCB and then solder to the remaining section of the microswitches ground legs.
You can still use the wiring harness, you just wont be able to use the ground wire.
