Title: ELO Touchscreen Hookup?

Are those lots of ELO screens on eBay hard to hookup to a regular pc?  I noticed some of cheaper ones that came out of kiosks don't come with cables.  I just don't want to get one and be in over my head.

If I had it, I would do that   :dunno  I was asking a general question because I know a lot of people have them, or if there is any that I should avoid.

If you do not want to have problems make sure whatever you buy comes with a known connector.   Serial connectors are easy as are USB.   If it is something else stay away.  Most of the ELOs are one of the 2.  The serial connectors are on the older models and the USB are on the newer.  (Generalization)
