Title: Control Panel Slope??
Post by: mkdevo on June 30, 2003, 10:33:08 am
hello all,

when cutting the wood for my control panel last week (the sides), i forgot that i want to angle my CP, so all the cuts are straight, and 4" high.

i don't want to redo anything, i'd rather work with what i've got.. so i'm wondering - if i leave the rear at 4", make the front 3", and just angle the sides - will 1" be a good enough slope??

hopefully that's not too confusing.. fyi, my CP is BIG (4-player): ~49" across, ~16" up and down.

It's all a matter of opinion and personal preference, but that should be fine.

As I'm deciding the slope for mine right now, what kind of angle generally feels nice?   (CP is ~16.5" deep, 4-player, has a highball trackball)
