Alright, I am running MAMEWAH... I just updated to .130u1 and I am having issues updating MAMEWAH's game list to reflect the new G-NET games available. If I use Minwah's MAME Resolution Tool it updates fully and I can go in, FIND and play games such as SUPER PUZZLE BOBBLE, and RAY CRISIS, but when I go in to MAMEWAH, go in to my main ROM list... GENERATE a new list...it did increase my ROM count by about 50 or so, but SUPER PUZZLE BOBBLE and RAY CRISIS aren't showing up. Chaos Heat appears now (it didn't before), but these other two, while I know they are there (I can play them via the MAME RESOLUTION TOOL) are not showing up. What am I doing wrong?

check the file extension of them to make sure they match the others and end with a .zip or whatever file type extension you have them setup for.

are the roms in question made for 130u1?
if there from an older set then you may need to upgrade the roms to the correct matching version they were made to run on.
sometime they change as it gets updated while some may work others will not.

The ROMS not showing are brand new in to 130u1... some of the new G-NET games show (chaos heat for example), some don't (super puzzle bobble and Ray crisis for example). They are ALL appearing in Minwah's Resolution Tool though?? :dizzy:

I had a thought....run mame -listfull > temp.txt. Then open temp.txt and see if the games in question are in there. If not that could be the problem...maybe the -lisfull output only gets updated on major releases (?). Mamewah uses this for the game descriptions.

Those are all G-NET games... and none show up except CHAOS HEAT (well, that I've tried...).
BTW: my setting in mame.ini is: rom_folder_vs_listxml

Changing the setting to just listxml worked! All of a suddent I have about 60 more games in the list. Not sure why the compare "VS" option didn't pick the games up as they ARE there and work...
...strange.
