Title: a question for the mk people

would i be looked down on for replacing my pushbuttons to competition pushbuttons on my mk3 panel? i like them so much more

its yours, do what you want with it. it not like youre MAMEing a StarWars cockpit by changing the push buttons on your MK3 :)  :cheers:

what does it matter what other people think?  Isn't it your cabinet?  I say as long as it works well for you, then that should be all that matters.

Button choice is a matter of comfort, like joystick choice. I, for example, prefer short-throw joysticks for quicker response times and better stick centring.

Seriously, most fighting gamers and arcades put comp buttons in their cabs nowadays anyway.  I was just at Jason Wilson's Game Galaxy arcade in Tennessee and all his MK cabs had comp buttons.
