Title: Help please with Pac Man transformer output pls

Hello everybody, I have checked the manual and the net but I can't find a decent schematic of the power brick in the bottom of a Pac Man cocktail.

I'm trying to work out why I can't see 120VAC at the monitor power connection.

Anybody have a link to something that tells me what connects to what in the transformers and fuses section.

Looks like it should be  Brown w/ Orange (BR-O)and a Blue w/ Gray (Blu-Gray)wires.

I believe it's fuse number 8 in the pic.
