Title: Recreate arcade history....fix this Puckman CP artwork :D

If I provide scans of this CP, could someone clean it up, fix up the colors and maybe even vectorize it ?

This is a rather unique Puckman CP. The artwork is silkscreened directly on the metal panel. Would there be another way to restore it's to it's original beauty ?
