Title: Ultrastik mapper question
Post by: Ummon on March 14, 2009, 05:40:18 pm
Is there a way to turn off the 'no ultrastik connected' warning?  A ---smurfette---, but I love Advancemame too much not to use it, despite its issue with Trackball versus analog stick, and though I have to un-plug the stick each time I use trackball games, having to click at load and exit of the game just adds insult to injury - which is no fault of MaLa or the mapper, of course, but a hindrance I'd like to avoid if possible?

Looking back, I think the way I got the messages to go away was to uncheck the "required" checkboxes in the ultramap options window. It was just as much of a concern to me because I have swappable panels so my u360's aren't always hooked up.

Yes, you must uncheck the 'required' option.

Good luck.

I didn't see any options to check in loading the app, and I looked all over inside the MaLa 'options' and didn't see where that is. Can you tell me?

Hi...

It's nothing to do with MaLa...

Start ultramap.exe from it's install Dir......Go to Tools......It's under options........
