I know we've probably seen posts like this but I believe he deserves another. I made my first order with Bob last week and I emailed him saying I had sent my payment out and gave him my address (he asked). I didn't think much of it but then I checked my email a little later that same day and Bob shipped my order.
Let me get this straight, he shipped my order before he even had my check and then obviously before it cleared. To me thats a heck of a guy, you don't see many of that caliber, thank you Bob for restoring a little faith to my world!

He has done the same with the 2 orders I've placed with him. I hope it doesn't come back to bite him ever, because he's so great to deal with.

He did the same for me on my first (and only so far) order and even included Halloween candy! I honestly can't wait to order from him again. Takes just as long to get an order from him even with the whole money order deal compared to most instant pay websites.

I can fully agree Bob Roberts IS a stand up guy, one of the last. He belongs in the arcade hall of fame. I've been buying parts from him for the last decade! Example- I placed an order last Thurs and got it on Sat!! This is why I love the man- He is one of the last sellers who believes in people, those who will deliver their MO on time as he sends you his parts the day after you place your order. This trust is his edge in the business, a small guy who for me, beats out any large scale distribution business any day of the week. His prices are unbeatable, unrivaled service, and hes an expert on any topic to boot.
Long live Bob Roberts!

Not to mention an expert cab builder. I would buy one of his "Cigarbob" half-cabinets in a heartbeat if he would sell them.
He's also one of the top 20 Super Street Fighter II Turbo players in the United States.

Gotta chime in here. Bob is the most genuine helpful guy in this scene. He will take any question or order no matter how large or small. I was speaking with him about a certain product and he said that he was all out of it. So I went ahead and got some other stuff. From the time I spoke to him to the time he boxed up my order he found the part and threw it in for free. I hope he is around for a long time to come. He really understands the Mamer.

I've encountered it before, especially when I order stuff from the Land of the Rising Sun. Never knew it actually had a name until I encountered Bob Roberts.
No this was an extra extra. For the lagniappe I got a package of bulbs. Strange that you would link to that without realizing candy isn't on the lagniappe list that you linked to...
