Title: MaLa layout/gamelist help

I could've sworn I saw the answer to this before somewhere around here -- I'm sure the answer is simple and I'm just making things complicated.

How can I stop the games on my list that have an ampersand in the title from appearing like "Dungeons &amp Dragons"?

you can use malagamelist and goto file and open your gamelist now go to gamelist\replace part of name
in find what put &amp
and in replace with put &
this will rename them

I didn't even realize there was a separate utility.  I dunno how I missed it before.

Thanks dkubarek  :cheers:  It's the first layout I've done.  I'll definitely post it on the MaLa site when I get home tonight.

Don't know if you care, but there's also an option in MALA to ignore stuff in ( ) and [  ] if you don't want them to appear on your gamelist.

Right-click -> Options -> GUI -> Options -> Gamelists

Checkbox for "Remove brackets from names"

Just in case...

Yeah, I tried that while I was in there.  It definitely makes the list look a lot cleaner!
