I recently purchased these steering controls off of ebay. On the steering wheel plate it clearly is says "Sega Grand Prix".
I am looking for a manual for this arcade game but I can not find the actual game listed in any database or faq ( i.e. KLOV, gamespy, ect...)
Can anyone tell me if these controls are to a diffrent game named other than Sega Grand Prix? I'd really like to shag the manual so I can get the pinouts for the force feedback motor as well as the pots.
Thanks!!!

Is Sega Gran Prix that racing game that usually had like 4 sit down seats side to side and the graphics were polygonal graphics? Because if thats the game I'm thinking of then i'm pretty sure thats where those controls came from. I remember the shifters being in that position behind the wheel and I remember those four colored buttons on the left were to change your camera view.

It's Sega Virtua Racing

Thanks,
I actually just found it myself searching through all the Sega racing flyers at www.arcadeflyers.com.

I would LOVE to hear if your able to hack them.
I've never heard about anyone hacking a true analog 270 steering wheel.... especially with forced feedback.
-
getting it to work on a pc shouldn;t be hard, the hard part is the force feedback.
-
Are they 5k pots like other arcade analog controls?
The biggest trouble is you can't do the 1up starwars hack since dual strikes don't have forced feedback.
So the best hack might be finding some cheap forced feedback joystick and replace the posts on the steering wheel... But 100k arcade quality pots are expensive (30 bucks each or something at happs)

Those are my intentions. Poonga is right. I just received the panel last night and quick stripped it down. Getting it to work with the PC in terms of actual control should not be a problem. Hell if they are not 5K pots I could just swap them with 5K for the dual strike hack. But since the force feedback comes into play I'm sure the Dual Strike hack will not be sufficient for my needs (at least not totally).
My main goal right now is to find a decent schematic of Virtua Racing. I found this: http://www.seuservice.com/manuals/Virtua%20Racing%20Twin%20Folder/Pg99.gif
But if you can read this you should work in cryptology or a kindergarten art class.
Can anyone help me with a readable manual? Hopefully in PDF format? Thanks.
