What's that in USD?  Like $280?  That seems alright but it's about the most generic cabinet there is.  I'd want to see it first - just because it works doesn't mean it's not beat to hell.  Also, since it's craigslist I'd ask him to take $200CAD and go from there.

Yep. I'm in the UK so not really sure about exchange rates/going prices for cabs over there but it is a common cab. Bear in mind most UK second-hand cabs go for under £200 on ebay, you should not really expect to pay much more than $200 CAD unless it is in good shape as they are not exactly rare. If you're looking for a cab to MAME you may do better to shop around for an average condition generic cab at $100-$150 CAD.
