Title: Measurement !!HELP!!

WARNING!!!!
SUPER NOOB QUESTION AHEAD. BE ADVISED

If I'm using lusid's plans (see attached) and I'm going to increase the control panel's width to 41 inches, do I have to increase the width of the whole cabinet? If I go by lusid's plans I belive I would. Wouldn't this dwarf my 27 inch monitor and make the whole cab ridiculously huge? How should I fix this?

Side note:
My cp for two people is 31 inches wide.  Increasing it to 4 players, with 3rd and 4th players at 45 degrees and with 6 buttons (street fighter configuration), I estimated another 5 inches on each side. If you think that's too much, not enough please let me know.

I wouldn't stretch the sides of the cabinet. My one, with the control panel removed, which is based on lusid's plans, just about fits through doors in my house. Maybe if you make the control panel deeper and rearrange the buttons, it would look better.
