Okay so I have a question about an Arkanoid arcade I just recently bought but first I have to share this.. So the guy I bought it from said he didn't have the keys to the bottom coin door/box when I picked it up, so when I got home the first thing I did was I broke it open with a crowbar to see if there was any money..

LOL someones stash.. probably from the 90's because the guy said he had the arcade for a couple years.. might be from the previous owner before him.. lol a blast from the past

Alright but hey the question I have is about the Arkanoid artwork on the cabinet.. the side art and the screen border/layout looks like it doesn't match the game.. The green flying bug thing looks like something from Galaxian but I'm not sure.. I went to www.klov.com but it just showed a plain cab and stated that many conversion kits were released of this game.. so... does anyone know if this is just some random bootleg or does this artwork belong to a different arcade? If I'm not mistaken, that is a generic cab that was produced for installing kit games.
Smoke up some of that weed and stare at it, maybe you'll see them move. ;D
I have a 27" Dynamo cab that has a huge amount of open space in it. I've used it to stash Christmas presents and stuff in.

I believe he's right; it's a generic cab. I've got one too, albeit the artwork is a little different.

It's not that random, really. I've found smaller stashes in a couple of consoles, along with a few other hidden items in games... porn, a knife, workplace benefits paperwork, food...
The worst part is it doesn't even look like a good stash. There's too much crap in that bag.

That cabs graphics kinda remind of a generic Korean cab that I have and was tying to identify awhile back. Wonderful full side art screen straight to it and a monitor bezel to match.
Notice the X-Wing fighter type ships that would obviously be copyright protected even back then.
What's the coin door look like?

Haha you guys are funny. Yeh that bag was full of shake.. I had a friend try it on a dare (not d.a.r.e.) and he tried this 20 year old bag and suprisingly, he said it tasted like captain crunch berries LOL! what is it, wine..? the more aged the better lol. But yeh it still had some kick because he was gooone. Maybe it was laced with something idk.. were people even lacing drugs back in the early 90s.. whatev I don't care I just want to know what artwork I have lol

What? Like that was a long time ago when such things didn't happen? Not even. In the 70s, my aunt smoked a j and went on an angel trip, if you know what I mean. She was not happy. And back in high school I knew people who were into creating flavoured strains. Easiest way is to just put some fruit in a baggie. We used to do that with our Red Man, to keep it fresher, but you could taste the apple or orange. Banana, even.

On a somewhat unrelated topic, I got ahold of the person who sold me the Arkanoid arcade with the stash in it. He said it wasn't his and stated that him and his wife aren't into that kind of stuff. I was hopin it was his tho, make a trade for the other arcade he's selling which is a U.N. Squadron.. blaah

:laugh2: LOL. Yeh.. aint that the truth. I kinda believe the guy though or else the coin door above it wouldn't have been broken open. I guess it could've been his and maybe he just lost the keys.. o well idk/care..
Haha here's a synopsis Hollywood.. stash belonged to a previous owner who went to jail.. now he's out.. searching every Arkanoid arcade around the world for his magic beans.
Sounds like a big hit.. what, with all the garbage they put out nowadays.. (sorry I just saw street fighter legen of chun li)
