Title: I need an credit board diagram

Coin mechanism wires from my cabinet detached from the credit board, the terminals aren't labeled so i dont know which wire goes where. (i'm using an electrocoin goliath).

the wires go beneath 4 of the 5 screws on the bottom left hand corner of the credit board on the link below.... (or top right hand corner). ???

any help will be appreciated, especially a diagram telling me whats what. i need to know the gnd terminals, 12v terminal and 5v terminal.
