For some reason, I am using a compiled version of MAME 128(final version) and I cannot get the thruster sound on asteroids to sound right. It sounds like a fart and kills the game play for me. Is there likely a problem with my game ROM or with the version of MAME I am using? I have had this problem before and it was due to a bug in the MAME release. Anyone else have similar symptoms?
