That will be quite a bit of work (I know). I-Pac or KeyWiz would save a lot of time, and they cost less than $40.00. Here is a pic of what what lies ahead of you:

I'd use an IPAC... I kind of did the same thing as you're doing, but with a scratch built panel and a regular stick. Pics are here:

Thanks for the posts.
Ok here is what I want to do. I want to run my own custom controls panels from my Pc as well as my full size Stargate arcade machine.
My Stargate has a Jrok board and I am going to buy a new jamma harness off ebay tonight. So what I want to do is build three or four different control panels for my stargate.
I want to build a robotron, joust and a multi williams layout. Here is the catch... I would love to run my real cp's on my computer as well.
So how can I setup these real Williams cp's to be plug and play... On both my computer and the real machine?
Anyone know how to pull this off? What Kind of connectors would I need?

My Sg Cp harness has a 12 pin plug with 11 populated with wires one free.
I don't have a jamma harness in hand yet but can only assume it has different ends than my williams harness.
So whats the best way to pull this off?
