Title: Merit upright Tatung VT19726Z "noise"

I have a Merit Force Upright with a Tatung VT19726Z that is giving me some noise, I guess. Pretty much lines across the screen from left to right. It usually happens when the video puts out a darker signal. If it's at the menu screen the picture looks good, but if I play Monster Madness or something I get these horizontal black lines across the screen.

 it is possible to have noise induction by mis-routing cables....
or , the screen ctl may have been bumped at some point .
 might try adjusting it down slightly and see if they disappear.

The "noise" went away by widening the picture.  I replaced C331 and C313 per Tatung. Don't know if that helped as well. Thanks!
