Title: Donkey Kong Jr. Video Problems
Post by: Swatwolf on February 11, 2009, 03:17:25 pm
Just started repairing a DK Jr. game with the standard Nintendo Sanyo 19" Monitor and all of it works but the video is causing me some problems. Here is a screen shot of what the video is doing. Any advice would be great.

Have you replaced any caps on the chassis?  If not, that's your first step.  That looks like classic cap failure to me.

Did you end up fixing it? Was this resolved?
