akihabarashop.jp can probably get them for you.

If not, you may end up having to use a deputy service to buy them from Sanwa Denshi and ship them to you.  Some friends of mine have had good luck with Crescent Shop.

Yes that would be a good addition to the Bellas arcade. I am biulding a pink bartop for my wife I think she would love these push buttons.

These are lighted, aren't they?  I'm assuming so since there is reference to '194' and '14V3.8W'.

Yes, They do light up & both of them replied back, they go for $20+ each :o but I am still going to order a few for my wife's Pink themed Bartop.
