Post by: eastbayarb on February 05, 2009, 01:55:54 am
***SOLD!***

I have for sale a Sony PVM-2530 RGB monitor. for those that don't know, this monitor provides the VERY BEST possible picture for old school video game and arcade systems. If you haven't seen old school video games in RGB, you are really missing out! I am including RGB cables compatible with the following video game systems:

1. SNES and N64 (N64 requires internal mod to display RGB)
2. Sega Genesis1/Sega Master System/Neo Geo AES
3. Sega Genesis 2
4. Atari Jaguar
5. Sony PSone/PS2

This is a package deal and everything will be sold together as a set only, no splitting up!

PRICE: $150 cash FIRM, you pick up in the East Bay (I am near Berkeley). Works great! Selling since I am moving and need to save space.

This is a 25" monitor. This is a monitor only, so that means that although it has audio inputs, it doesn't have built in speakers.

Due to the amount of requests, I now have pics of this in action (Sega master System) - it looks way better in person:

Here is a pic of all the cables included:

From left to right, Genesis2/32x, Genesis1/SMS/Neo Geo AES, SNES/N64, PSone/PS2, Atari Jaguar

I will include a Sega Saturn cable, but the connector on the end broke.

For those who don't know, it does have a computer vga-like input, except it's 25-pin, which you'll have to hack a cable for yourself.

well in the case of mine, mine has a 25pin to 9pin cable. And i have a separate cable that goes from 9pin to 15pin (the console cable adaptors have 15pin on them - only exception being the jaguar cable which has 9pin but I have connected that to this monitor before). Both of those cables are included.

Trust me, I have everything necessary to connect all the afformentioned consoles to this monitor

Hey are you ignoring my messages, if you are not sending the shuttlepc/jpac I want my money back ASAP. I have had a machine pulled apart for awhile now and you just seem to be ignoring my messages altogether even though you are posting here still.

OH. They make 25 to 9, but not to 15, but they do make 9 to 15. Thanks.
