im building a media center pc (vista ultimate) and although i have a dedicated cab for arcade goodness....the console emu's on the cab just dont work all that well (at least for nostalgia purposes). so with the addition of my media center pc, and the emucenter plugin that ive downloaded....it got me thinking....whats the best way to control this?
ill be using my remote for selecting everything and getting into emucenter, and even selecting the game....and once im say an NES emu (Nestopia)....what kind of controller do you guys use? im thinking about getting a couple of those NES usb pads, but if i dont use that, what is everyone else using?
the other concern is that if i did get a usb NES pad, how would i exit the game? use the remote?
just wanting some tips here on how others have done it.

I use wireless Xbox360 controllers with the USB Dongle from MS. Mainly because I already had the controllers.
They have enough buttons that you can remap things for admin controls. Only bad thing is there is a slight delay (wired USB might be better) and the D-pad sucks. But its serviceable and wireless.
