I had a scheduled build from Gatsu but he says hes too busy. This leaves me with some cash to burn on a custom stick. Will anyone take on this job for me?

try posting in every forum and you may get an answer ::)

try talking to Kaytrim or take a look over that the Shoryuken forums. plenty of stick builders there. or hell...check out ebay.
-
The posted pic is pretty much a Madcatz TE fight stick, go back in time and pre-order one.
-
There are tons of stick builders in the trading forums at Shoryuken as mentioned above. You'll have better luck there. Also Kaytrim builds really nice sticks if he has any slots open

Ripped off??? Not exactly, Im just wanting the actual box itself with the holes routed out for the buttons and joystick along with the acrylic overlay for it. I can do the rest. I dont see the need in paying for an arcade stick that at this point im not going to get for the retail price of $150 everywhere is sold out! Ebay has them going for $250 and up so i figured I might aswell do the designing and hack for it as long as the box can be built. I am no woodworker, Ive contacted Kaytrim and unfortunatley he cannot do it either at this moment because of the freeze up north. Trust me ive done the research and id like to have this done by the end of the month not expecting it to be completed for the SF IV release!

Ginsu, thats actually my graphic. He just pulled it off my joystick blog. I was in the process of developing a custom stick that looked like the Tournament stick since they were gonna be limited in number (and I wanted to make one for myself as well).
That was the one he wanted me to build for him, I said sure, then decided against it. Which probably got him a little hot.
So please don't harass about it.
-
No problem. I was mostly giving him a hard time because he posted the same question in multiple forums.
-
@ginsu thats probably because I pissed him off initially.
probably not the best way to handle it...but I can understand why he posted in multiple forums. got excited and a little hot.
Like I said in the pm atx...I'm sorry I changed my mind like that. But I didn't think I could get it to you when you wanted it. So sorry again.

No im not pissed off, (takes alot more than that  ) However it was kind of unprofessional to do that however no biggie honestly! I just wish I had the tools and woodworking skills to do it myself!! Thanks anyways you guys, but the reason why I posted in multiple forums was becasue I was adhering to polaris's advice above. He was the first to reply to this topic and I checked this one first so.....Sorry guys if I gave anyone the wrong impression, Im just wanting a quality box built by the best!!!! Keep up the good work guys!!
BYOAC foreverr!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL :laugh2:
