Title: Changing pinmame controls?

I have the default controls already mapped on my cab.  But for machines where I have yet to play them for the first time they usually are stuck on the bootup/test screen and I have to press something like 7 to get it to start.  Anyone know how I can map that to a key already on my cab?

Also is there a way to get rid of the nag screen on pinmame.  I am guessing no as it is a disclaimer but I thought I'd ask.
