So, I got this here panel design. It's 30" by 13" basic design of . I originally had a spinner on the top left side but I got rid of that. I have 2 Happ 12-position Rotary Optical Joysticks.

Questions:
1) Could I add a spinner and a 4-way without making a Frankenpanel?
2) I'm planning on getting a I-pac and Opti-pac for the encoders. Is that the best option? (keeping in mind future additions)
3) I have an old hard drive and optical mouse. Could I make a home brew spinner that would work with those encoders?
Thoughts and opinions welcome. TIA.
