Title: Startup controll lag - Mala?

Down to the last few minor issues. When Mala starts for the first time I have to move the joystick 2 or 3 times or mash the buttons a couple of times before Mala responds. After this it is fine. If I have a keyboard attached as well the keyboard does not have the issue.

Hardware P4 Pentium 2 ghz 512k ram  LCD 17" monitor
Ipac-2 USB

I'm using tree mode in Mala. I'm thinking it could be an Ipac issue?

Yep, Probably.

Do a search on i-pac in this mala forum.

You will probably find that the default player 1 side is ok (like mine)
