What is your favourite thing to make after a jar or two?
My current favourite which I discovered last night is two slices of lightly tasted Hovis multiseed bread layered with stripped cooked chicken + Heinz roasted garlic mayo (is the best!). Melt plenty cheese on top and add some jalapenos. Toast until all is bubbling nicely and season.
Download the latest family guy, pour yourself a big one, sup, munch and pass out :)
Anyone have any drunken delectables they would like to share?
Obv ease of prep is the key here! Max points for <prep and >taste :)

Atkins won't allow me anything alcoholic during a forced induction period, and those late night snacks are definitely out.

I pick up the phone and order a pizza and hot wings. Zero prep, excellent taste.
Usually have company over while drinking, so convenience is most important. No way I'm making 5 chicken sandwiches while people are playing games.

Whenever possible, White Castle. The store-bought ones are not a substitute.

I pop up a bunch of popcorn, coat it with butter flavored non-stick spray, and then sprinkle ranch seasoning mix and garlic salt on it. You can eat a massive bowl of it fairly guilt free.
I would feel guilty serving that to my friends. ;)

I use the real deal industrial popcorn salt. You have to go to Sam's Club to get the real stuff in a quart sized carton. It ain't popcorn unless your lips burn after you are done. ;D
The non-stick butter flavored spray works great at making the salt stick.
I hate butter/oil on popcorn.

+1
I was going to say it's the only possible option. I have two within five minutes of my house. It's also the one place I'll stop for breakfast on the way to work. :applaud:
