This is a 27" Vision Pro from Happ we have had for almost 3 years. We moved offices and now it gives a white picture with some white horizontal lines every few inches apart. IT also makes a wired buzzing sound every second or two. Any ideas?
Thank you,

Turn down the screen control (one of the knobs on the flyback), and see if that fixes it. Might be a CRT fault (internal short). Post a picture of the screen in operation.
Can you describe at all where on the chassis the buzzing noise comes from? Approximate frequency of the buzz (60Hz, 15kHz, etc.)? How loud is it?
Also, exact model number please or picture of chassis if you don't know and can't identify.

Thanks I will get some more info, I forgot to mention the screen jumps around a little bit as well.

sounds like either a bad solder joint or a bad remote connector

Update!
I put some pressure on the back of what I beleive is called the gun, and the picture is clear again, but it seems kinda loose like it may have problems again if bumped to hard. Thanks again for any help.
