Title: windows xp with a touch screen?

I have decided on  using freebox with a touch screen, is windows xp usable with a touch screen, just thinking that if i make a jukebox, would i be able to surf the web using a touch screen monitor if i have windows xp as my os ? many thanks learning everyday !

Yes, just make sure they either provide or direct you to the proper XP drivers for it.
Drivers are very specific to the controller that each touchscreen uses.
No different from anything else you would add to a PC really.
