wooowman93,

I can appreciate that perhaps English isn't your first language, or perhaps you are disabled in some manner and many of your posts are neccesarily very short and cryptic, but come on now man, "where can you buy vertical monitors?"  That is beyond a lazy question around here.

But, sigh..

here: http://happ.com/monitors/monitors.htm is just one of a dozen places

If you have a lot more questions like this one I would recommend reading the entirety of the wiki here, all the sticky threads, and making you own thread for the project you are clearly working on.

If you want new, the answer I give would depend on what size and type you want.

For 19", check with Playdium Store (formerly Starburst Coin) -- they're a Happ distributor and here in Toronto (401 and Martingrove). I don't know if they are stocking 25" (or 24.8") standard res or not.

For other stuff (bigger or multi-sync), check out Nieman Displays (http://niemandisplays.com/). Rick is in Cambridge and makes cool stuff.

If you don't mind used, I would post on CGCC or head to the auction. But, I would expect to have to install a capkit (replace the electrolytic capacitors) in a used monitor.

BTW -- a vertical monitor is just a horizontal monitor turned sideways, although there are some frames that are easier to mount vertically than others.

Don't get me wrong -- I'm no fan of the hit-and-run style of posting either and I strongly recommend that people at least attempt a search and check the wiki. That custom title of mine is no accident.  ;)

But, in this case:

Just use your tongue like I do. I bet I have the cleanest keyboard around!

But it's a ---smurfette--- hitting the shift key and the "Y" key at the same time though...

He even plays online street fighter.

And I thought I was good when I beat it on the SNES with my feet.

Your English is improving, but you need to work on the "subject-verb-object" order.  For example, in your last sentence about beating :censored:, you should remove the "it with' and then it would make much more sense to me.

As for streetfighter, I play using only harsh language.

"Peanut muncher"

Better watch those allergies.  I can't even give my daughter a peanut butter sandwich for school play lunch in case she gives it to someone else and they die or something.

Heh... I have about a hundred of them running around my house all the time.
As for the peanut butter stuff, yeah, we have the same scenario here. Gotta be careful.

About a year ago one of these peanut muchers munched on some wires in my car to the tune of $500.  There are now 56 less of them peanut munchers in my city.  The sad part in it did not even make a difference in the total population

I always called them "tree rats."

mmmPeanutButter was moving last I saw him (picked up my Atari Football project and a niiiice Midway coin door about a year ago) and I haven't heard of/from him since.

His Centipede MAME cab is a thing of beauty.
