Title: j pac or i pac

hello everybody
i have got a universel cab with jamma connector and the monitor is broken
i have a j pac  is it possible to connect the jamma connetor
and use a monitor from the computer .
or do i have to buy an i pac
all tips are welkom

The jpac goes the other way. It takes a PC video out to an arcade monitor video in. Not what it sounds like you are doing.
The ipac does nothing with video.
Not sure what board you are using but if it is standard jamma then you need a cga to vga converter to run a PC monitor.

i just want to use the j pac
and from the pc direct a monitor and not from the j pac

Shouldn't be a problem. Use the jpac for the jamma connector controls and run the PC monitor from your computer.
