Title: "Super Qix" Instruction card / Button Stickers Needed

Just bought the game "super qix" pcb I would like to obtain the instruction card / and button stickers for this game , thanks. I don't think it had it's own sideart, if it did please let me know but i think it's most likely generic romstar sideart.
