Title: Hantarex MTC 9110 issue

Hi
My old monitor have "noises" all over he screen, can you help me with that? I made a movie of it, however it is sligthly visible (poor camera)

very difficult to see from the video,is it a wave effect or flashes?

The issue is white stripes, coming from left to rgiht and vice versa, they are in wave motion.

it sounds like it is earth related

try linking the earth and ground on the psu
