this game runs way to fast any way to slow it down

Are you running the original version? Some clones are made to run super fast.

What version of mame are you running?  It seems like there is a bug in advancemame that causes some cps2 games to run hyper fast for the first few seconds after starting.  I have found that by pausing and unpausing the game it solves the problem.
