So far Ive got 2 working hacked controllers from Haruman that have been tested working by themselves. Im trying to put these pcb's in 1 single stick. These of course are not working when both are wired together in terminal strips, it cause adverse affects on the Sixaxis and the 360 will not power on. I was told I could use a DPDT Mini Toggle Switch to switch between circuits. I have the switch but have no idea on how to wire it. Im a noob sorry and am working on my first stick for the upcoming SFIV and the Street Fighter series available through MAME. I have a windows 360 pc usb dongle that recognizes the hacked 360 controller but again will not work when wired to the sixaxis together. If anyone can tell me how to incorporate the toggle switch to switch between the two circuits it would be much appreciated. The arcade stick I am putting these controllers in is one of the SF Anniversary Sticks equipped with Sanwa buttons and Joystick.
Heres a link that gave me the idea: http://virtuafighter.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/ubb/showflat/Number/183699/fpart/1
Heres the switch I bought from radioshack: http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062499

So you're saying that when one controller is powered on, it won't work correctly because the wires are piggybacked with the other? I was hoping to use separate terminal strips for each controller and have the wires doubled up in the female connectors on the micro switches. Separate power buttons, though.

That is somewhat correct except I do have a seperate power button (HOME for PS3 and the GUIDE for X360) I have daisy chained all of the ground leads on the joystick and buttons for the arcade controller. The ground lead then ends at the DPDT switch in the center. I have daisy chained the ground leads from the terminals of the hacked controllers. My sixaxis has 4 grounds and my 360 has 2. These both end also at the DPDT switch on either side of the center terrminal. It is a on/on switch and Im getting weird affects from it!! No luck so far.
