is your ipac PS/2 or USB?
if its USB it might be the actual port on your pc not holding the cable in tightly enough. If its PS/2....make sure the cables are really connected snug.
-
i have plug it into all the usb ports and the green light comes on, on the ipac but it doesn't work at all now
-
try plugging it into another USB thats on the motherboard, not through the hub. it might be a power issue.
-
i tried plugging it into a different usb hub and now it works when you press and hold in the button for about 5 seconds any idea what could be causing it
-
does the USB hub have its own power supply? or does it pull from the computer? If it pulls from the computer it sounds like its not getting enough power to the iPac.
try just plugging the iPac straight into the computer without any hubs.
-
it is plug into the computer but it still has a delay
-
He has it plugged into the front ports on the computer case. I'll try hooking it into the back. Also, the problem seamed to appear when he reset the Ipac to mame defaults using the Ctrl+Alt+P method.
