Title: X-Arcade Dual Joystick - How to open?

I just bought an X-Arcade dual joystick and a few of the buttons are already loose.  Is there a way to open this thing up without voiding my warranty?  I don't want to return it for them to do 30 seconds of work.

On my older one, inside the rubber feet there was screws that were holding down the bottom plate.  Remove screws and carefully remove bottom panel.

The screws are in those rubber feet. Why are you worrying about the warranty? It's covered if you mod it. read the terms.

they have detailed instructions on their site if you need more help
