Title: LED-WIZ/GP No Inputs Working??

I have one of these hooked up to my bartop, and while im getting my LED lights working i cannot get any on the button inputs to register!! Im used to an I-PAC and this is the first time i have used an LED-WIZ/GP for button input, i believe i have wired the buttons up correcly, but cannot get them to register an input what so ever. Is there a driver of software prog i need to download to get the inputs to work??

I have noticed on the right hand side of the board there is a double screw terminal that is listed as 'Bank Voltage Select' With 1 scre terminal listed as 1-8 and the other 9-16

where are they not working??

go into "Control panel" and then click on gamepads to see if it is being recognized.
Enter the properties of the gamepad to see if the buttons are working.  if not then check your grounds for loose wires.
