Title: Znes is making my monitor freak out what 640x480 do i need to change it to ?

I see alot of various options in Znes cfg file, my monitor started freaking out because it was on the wrong resolution currently I have a nieman monitor, i'm not sure what the difference is between all the options in znes.

if your using a arcade monitor it needs to be set for 640X480 or lower.

do a google search and find out what the snes's correct native display res is at and use that setting for the best result as they will be displayed at the res they were made for that way.

Progressive: 256x224, 512x224, 256x239, 512x239
Interlaced: 512x448, 512x478
