Title: What's this game?

It's a puzzle game where you have to match bubbles of the same color to pop them, the twist is that its a cat throwing the bubbles, he's underwater, and if you fail, he drowns...

I know this game...it's in my favorites on my MAME cab...I remember because when the cat dies his eyes get X'ed out and he starts to float upwards.... WTF was the name....>argh<

You're going to make me go fire up the MAME cab.
