Title: phillips mo8x 25" monitor problem

I have a phillips mo8x 25inch monitor in a MK2 cab.  The machine powers up and credits up but no picture on the screen.  Any ideas on what to trouble shoot before I just replace this?

the crt is by philips.  what is the make/model of the chassis ?
