Post by: hammyysu on December 11, 2008, 09:15:17 pm
i was wondering if it is possible to hack a x-gaming control. i have the cheap 49 dollar trackball with 3-buttons on each side and i want to hack it and put a joystick in it? is it possible?     :soapbox:  :dunno

Yes. They sell the trackball/joystick sets/controller board as kits on their website...the trackball CP you have is just their kit in a CP shell...you can take it apart (voiding warranty of course), mod it, replace it with other joystick parts etc.

I don't think you can hook up a joystick to that set up. You would need one of the regular x arcade joysticks.
