Nebula M2 does Sega Model 2 games (Last Bronx, Fighting Vipers, etc...) but it was just released as a Beta.  You need a pretty beefy PC to make it playable.

I'm with you spectre.  I tried to run Nebula M2 on my Druon 900 and I think I could hear the computer actually laughing at me  ???  It was a very strange expierence.  ;D
