This was attempted in the past on a voluntary basis, but I'd like to make this mandatory from this point forward.
In the subject line, you must put where the location of either the object for sale is, or if you want to buy, where you live.
It should be in this format:
[ Country / State(or providence) / City (or other descriptive element) ]
Example: for myself, it would be:
[ US / VT / Brattleboro ]
For some from Canada:
[ CA / QC / Montreal ]
etc etc. It will help when people are trying to find local deals.
If this information isn't included, I'll PM the OP and ask them to modify their post.

Addendum to the subject etiquette: once an item has been sold, or if you've found something you've been looking for, please mark it as such, like:
[SOLD] FS: Happ Ultimate Joystick [US/MA/Boston]
[FOUND] WTB: Wico 8-way Leaf Joystick [US/CA/Hollywood]
This isn't mandatory as the location is, but it would be helpful for those browsing.
