I've been rehauling my cabinet lately, and this big logo is driving me nuts. I'm handy with photoshop (on simple creations), but don't know how to make an exact image size for the X-Arcade Tankstick. Has anybody made a photoshop template at the exact dimensions with joysticks/buttons et cetera?

Anybody? I'll be happy to work on a photoshop image for anybody who can give me the proper dimensions! This would make a great touch to my arcade with my new joysticks/buttons.

try arcadecab.com.
That is where I got the cabinet dimensions for my first cab using tankstick.

I didn't see anything on the site, but thanks for the recommendation.

This is from the X-arcade site, if that's what you mean: Specs are approx: 28.75 inches wide, 13 inches deep
Controller Base is 25.5x10.25.

Well I can measure the dimensions, but what I mean is a blank photoshop image to print control panel art. I'm not sure how to measure exactly where the buttons/trackball/etc are, and if I worked on some art with neat effects around the trackball and they came out off by 1/4 inch it would look dreadful.

You could take a photo of the control panel and then open that in photoshop etc and then scale the image to the dimensions dkubarek provided. You could then trace the buttons etc locations.
You could then print it out and check the size/hole positions etc against your tankstick. I imagine you would have to tweak the dimensions slightly but it would be a good starting point.
If you do make a .psd or whatever it would be good if you could share a blank layout for the community, I know a couple of people have asked for a similar thing and I'm sure others would appreciate it too.

I've seen the templates somewhere on this site, but can't find it now. I need one for the two player controls, too. I wouldn't take a picture and go from there because lots of variables will skew the photo (ie: lens curvature and shot angle). I e-mailed X-arcade and asked for a template. How quick do you need one? I'm going to do a psd this weekend and would be glad to share. I don't have a trackball with mine, but I could add it once we find out the exact dimensions of it. I'm doing a neo geo layout (7 buttons) but I could work up a quick design for you. Private message me if you need help.
