The OCRemixers has made the Soundtrack for the HD Remix Version of Capcom’s SF II! Its downloadable on their site:

shame the game itself is sooooooo ---smurfing--- hard.  I can beat Super SF2T on an arcade machine on the hardest difficulty (eventually) but I have trouble getting past the first few rounds on the 360. it might be because the Dpad sucks but Cammy pWnZ me
