So OK, any leads or pointers to a flat or narrow coin mech? I'm experimenting with a design and I didn't exactly design in the coin mech. Ooops, damn. So to see if the design would work a coin mech that doesn't have a large vertical space requirement would be nice. I looked at a Happs coin acceptor (http://www.happcontrols.com/cc/42135000.htm), it looks very nice and is workable into the design, except it still requires more vertical space than I want to dedicate. In other words, I would have to hack in my own coin mech.
So I checked out one of the non-Happs "replacements" such as the one for Wells Gardner (http://www.happcontrols.com/cc/42315700.htm) (which is a style I particularly like). But I'm right back to the original vertical limitations.
So I went looking elsewhere and found the Imonex (http://www.vendorsequipment.com/foundations/store/scresults.asp?category=77) (scroll to the bottom) which look perfect! But what are the dimensions? Additional hardware? Does anyone know about Imonex coin acceptors?
