so I just got a dreamcast with like over 100 games and was wondering what it is that people do with these??? just hack a few pads to there controls and ba-bamm!!!
any good pages that show this??
i am planning on also hacking a sega controller, nes pad, snes pad , and whatever else i can get my hands on...mainly using the counsle for the light guns so that my cab looks cooler with a light gun on the side well more like 4 or 5 light guns...nes zapper, saturn/psx gun2x, genesis justifier2x, and a dreamcast light gun...

wow thats awsome, does it work on a jamma?
how much do they run?

You don't want to buy the DC to Jamma conerter from Lik-Sang. First its like $500 and second, it only works with a limited number of games (mostly just the older games).
Hack the pads like every other joystick hack mentioned on this site...solder to the contact points and run a common ground back to the pad. I've posted the VGA hack many times if you want to run to an arcade monitor...otherwise just use the VGA box. Couldn't be simpler.

If you want to wire a DC to an arcade monitor go to www.arcadeos.com. Brian Lewis wrote a how-to on doing DC2Jamma. If you don't have the jamma connector, just wire the wires straight to the monitor.
