Title: I cant see my volume 1-100 in MaLa any more after changing my layout

I changed my layout in MaLa, and now i can't seem to see my volume, when i would hit a key it would normal scroll up or down in incriments of 1s with numbers 1-100. Now when i hit it a greyish blue bar does come up, but the text is not visible, i can lower / and raise it I just don't know what volume it's set at.. does this make sense at all to any one? where can i change the text to correspond to that little grey box / bar that pops up or why is it not showing ?

Did you ever figure this out?  Exact same thing just happened me.

Elementary. His layout color conflicted....or perhaps blended.....with the text color in that particular box.
